Clear terms, upfront.

Booking & payment

Pay 25% of the trip price to confirm your seat. The balance is due before departure, as confirmed on your booking. We accept UPI and bank transfer. All prices are per person; 5% GST is charged on top of the listed price. Roamora GSTIN: 09JTPPK6333D1ZA.

International prices are land packages. Flights, visas and travel insurance are not included unless stated; we can arrange flights on request at actual fares.

Cancellation

The booking amount is non-refundable. If you cancel, these charges apply to the total trip cost:

  • 30+ days before departure: 50% of the trip cost.
  • 15–30 days before departure: 75% of the trip cost.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the trip cost.

Rescheduling

  • More than 30 days before departure: date changes are free on domestic trips.
  • Within 30 days of departure: date changes are not possible.

Weather, roads & force majeure

Mountain roads close for snow, landslides and weather, and governments sometimes change rules at short notice. There are no refunds for such events; we will offer the best possible alternative. Any extra cost they cause (for example a 4x4 vehicle in heavy snow) is paid on the spot, and the itinerary may change for your safety.

Group trips

Every group has at most 12 travellers and a Trip Captain. Some departures have an age range or fitness requirement — it is shown on the trip page under “Good to know”.
