• Travelers arriving in Delhi from other cities are advised to book their flight/train to
• reach Delhi before 1:00 PM.
• Arrival before the recommended time will ensure a hassle-free transfer to the Volvo
• boarding point.
• The age limit for this group departure is 18 to 42 years. Customized trips can be
• arranged for travelers outside this age group.
• The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road conditions,
• operational requirements, or the physical fitness of participants. Any changes will be
• made in the interest of safety, comfort, and the overall travel experience.
• Gulmarg Gondola Phase-1 tickets are subject to availability. In case tickets are
• unavailable, an alternate option will be provided wherever possible.
• Travelers arriving directly in Srinagar are advised to book their flights to arrive by
• 12:00 PM or earlier
• A single fixed airport pickup will be provided based on the group's scheduled arrival
• time.
• In case of flight delays or missed pickup, guests will need to arrange their own
• transfer to the hotel/houseboat at their own expense.
• The stay sequence between Gulmarg and Pahalgam may be interchanged depending
• on weather conditions or hotel availability without affecting the sightseeing itinerary.
• Only one fixed drop will be provided either to Srinagar Airport or Srinagar Bus Stand
• on the last day.
• Travelers departing by flight are advised to book their return flight after 2:00 PM
• (preferably between 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM)
• Guests traveling by bus will be dropped at the designated Srinagar Bus Stand.
